JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with concerns regarding their accounts. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and/or Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide solutions
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet individual/team targets and metrics 
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and within the set time limits
• Follow up to ensure resolution 
• Process customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
 

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

Associate Degree/ Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE

No Call Center Experience Required

REQUIREMENTS

1.High school graduates with at least 6 months call center experience
2.With good command of the English language
3. Completed at least 2 years in college even without call center experience
4. Bachelor's degree graduates without call center experience are also welcome to apply
 


SALARY RANGE

16,000 - 18,000
