  • Expedite action items for automated critical and non-critical reports
  • Adhere to specific quality call standards
  • Accurately evaluate, verify, and process routine service requests for items that are requested by customers

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course

EXPERIENCE

With or without BPO experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good English communication skills
  • Computer Savvy
  • Amenable to working in the night shift
  • Willing to work in Muñoz, QC

SALARY RANGE

50,000 - 100,000
