JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handles all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Answers inbound customer calls, and effectively responds to customer inquiries
  • Ensures the resolution of client concerns/inquiries (whenever possible)

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

At least 2nd year college level (without back subjects)

EXPERIENCE

With or without call center experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good English communication skills
  • Computer Savvy
  • Amenable to working in the night shift
  • Willing to work in Muñoz, QC

SALARY RANGE

25,000 - 50,000
